Egg Rolls

Moon's Egg Rolls

Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1/4 cabbage chopped in fine long pieces
2 cups bean sprouts
3 carrots finely grated
2 eggs
1/4 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teashpoon pepper
1 block Tofu let stand on paper towel to drain water
Egg roll wrappers

Crumble Tofue and add all ingredients together.

Put a generous portion onto egg roll wrapper in center and roll halfway then fold over both ends then finish rolling.

Seal with beaten raw egg

Pan fry till golden brown and meat is cooked do not use too much oil.
